Network Waitaki, owned 100% by the Waitaki Power Trust, is proud to allocate discounts to consumers on our network.

If you are a connected consumer, look out for the discount from Network Waitaki on your December or January power bill that you will receive from your energy retailer.

* In order to qualify for a discount, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be legitimately connected, as a customer of an approved retailer, to the Network Waitaki network at 5.00pm on the last working day of November 2024.
  • If your current active connection has been connected for less than a full year to the Network Waitaki network, the discount will be adjusted in proportion to the length of time that connection has been connected to the network.
  • The discount will be applied to the active point of connection you are connected to on the last working day of November 2024.
