Permanently Disconnect a Property

If you no longer need electricity supplied to a property and want the connection permanently removed, contact your electricity retailer. They will work with Network Waitaki to arrange the removal.

Important: Once a connection is permanently removed, a new connection application will be required to reconnect the property in future.
